Tomorrowland Ticket Buying Guide

I’ve attended Tomorrowland Belgium three times π€
- 2× DreamVille resident
- 1× hotel package
- 0.5× Experienced Full Madness Comfort Pass (VIP) with Mainstage view and comfort toilets
Based on my real experience, here’s a practical guide to buying Tomorrowland tickets, especially if you’re trying for Belgium.
Before Anything Else: Preparation Is Key
1. Create Your Tomorrowland Account
This is mandatory. Make sure:
- Your profile details are accurate
- Email is verified
- You can log in smoothly before sales day
- In address, write whole address line (house number, jalan and taman) into street line and skip number and apt. European has different address formatting. My treasure case didn’t came in first time, suspect the address messed up. E.g. 88 jalan Montagoe 3, Taman DreamVille
Pre-Registration & Early Access
2. Be Fast During Pre-Registration
- The first 20 people from each country get a pre-purchase link
- This allows you to buy tickets before public sales
- It’s competitive, but worth trying
3. Ask Friends for Pre-Purchase Links
If you have friends who attended last year:
- They may receive a pre-purchase link
- If they’re not using it, ask early
Important Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 Dates (Malaysia Time)
- Pre-registration:

Ticket Strategy (Very Important)
4. “Ticket Only” Is the Hardest Option
Buying ticket-only (no hotel, no transport) for Belgium is extremely difficult.
- It’s the cheapest option
- Everyone goes for it
- Do not make this your first or only plan
- The better GJ or hotel packages would already sold out when you can’t get this option
5. Global Journey / Hotel Packages = Best Chance
- These are released earlier
- Much higher success rate
- Easiest way to secure a confirmed ticket
- Bus is cheapest compare to train then flight travel mode
- There are party train and party flights options to consider
- Be in pair to share the room with unless going Magnificent Green (MG)

Accommodation: DreamVille or Hotel?
I highly recommend DreamVille (tent). Reasons:
- Much less travelling
- Hotel commute in Belgium can take at least 1.5 hours one way
- DreamVille keeps you closer to the festival energy
- While dreamville is a village where you don’t need to leave for days
- Can leave festival ground and return anytime
- They clean their toilet quite frequently, might be a problem if you can’t survive in the mobile toilet
How many days to stay?
- Check in a day before party (Thursday) for the pre-party (DreamVille’s the gathering or city Invited Brussels). Its an invites only pre-party with secret DJ (big name) on Thursday evening
- Check out one more day after party (Tuesday) for the Monday detox day. No DJ, no party, just chill in a park for free food and free juices with meditation sessions or more
7. Do Multiple Test Runs
The simulator looks almost identical to real ticket buying.
- Many options will be greyed out during real sales
- Practice so you don’t panic
During the Sale: Survival Tips
8. Always Have Backup Options
Your first choice may sell out.
- Prepare at least 5 options
- My successful purchase was my 8th choice in 2024
9. Group Buying Strategy
- One transaction can cover 6–8 people
- Best to buy as a group with identical options
- Mixing too many preferences = higher risk
10. Call Your Bank in Advance
- Inform them about a large overseas transaction
- Failed payment = kicked out of queue
- You’ll need to queue again
Transport: Shuttle vs Driving
11. Shuttle or Own Car?
- Driving can be better if:
- Shuttle stop requires long walking
(I once walked almost 1 hour to a shuttle point) - Tomorrowland shuttles don’t operate whole day
On Ticket Purchase Day
13. Coordination Is Everything
- Have a group call with your squad
- Update live:
- Queue positions
- Sold-out options
- Backup plans
- Queue earlier might not help. In 2024, everyone in queue is assigned random queue number before the queue start
14. Prepare Everyone’s Details in Advance
You’ll need for each attendee:
- First & last name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Email address
- Phone number
Keep this in a shared note or spreadsheet.
Final Thoughts
Tomorrowland tickets are not about luck alone —
they’re about preparation, speed, and flexibility.
If you want the highest chance:
- Avoid ticket-only
- Prepare multiple options
- Go for Global Journey or hotel packages
- Coordinate well with your group
